 Cleanse a room; Begin in the farthest corner and move towards windows , open windows as the smoke along with the negative energy must be allowed escape.  Repeat the prayer or say your own . Visualise the room or house being cleansed and filled with positive energies.

 Cleanse your Rose Quartz Crystal; place crystal in the Abalone{Mother of Pearl} Shell which itself has powerful cleansing properties itself and waft the smoke over it . 

Out your Smudge Stick on the Abalone shell when finished.
